Wilma Ariza is a business administration professional born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico who has made Paterson NJ her home on and off since 1978. Throughout her professional career, she's acquired experienced within various important business administration and management areas such as Operations Management, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management and Legal Claims Processing in both the healthcare and nonprofit sector.
Ms. Ariza excelled in her career developing individualized cost saving business strategies, improving operations and creating systems to improve a company’s risk management, however, in 2006 when both her father and daughter where diagnosed with cancer months apart she decided to “retire” from Corporate America and co-founded Millennium Consulting Services America so that she could have the time flexibility she needed to personally care for her family.
As the lead small business
consultant at MCSA Wilma helped minority women succeed as entrepreneurs
and small business owners overcoming financial and cultural barriers in often
male dominated situations. In 2011 Wilma sold her share of MCSA in 2011 after her own cancer diagnosis which
she overcame in 2016.
Educationally, Wilma holds a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration, an Associates Degree in International
Business Management as well as professional certifications in Supply Chain
Management, Marketing and Advertising. She is an Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist
and holds a Paralegal Associates Degree.
Ms. Ariza is a NJ State Notary Public in good standing. She is bilingual,
fluent in her native Spanish language and English.

In addition to her academic and
professional experience, Wilma is passionate about personal and professional

creative ways to remain productive, earn a living and repair their credit. To
that end Wilma is pledging 40% of the
Net Profits generated by BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions to funding Stevie’s Angels a 501c3 Nonprofit in memory of her daughter who lost her battle with
cancer on November 21, 2021 and whose mission is to empower and provide teen
and young adult cancer survivors with the
necessary tools to start their own business with mentoring, emotional
support, focus groups, workshops, credit repair and social engagement that will
allow them to obtain the business skills they need to have the brightest future possible.
Throughout Ms. Ariza’s professional
career, she's been involved in different mentoring programs and considers
herself an advocate of underprivileged people. Ms. Ariza lost her father, husband and daughter to cancer and is raising her grandchild with autism as her own. As a result she is a fierce advocate for special
needs children and adults with learning disabilities as well as cancer
patients, caregivers and survivors.
