Contracts & Service Agreements

  • Before a client agrees, a contract/agreement and a noncompete/nondisclosure agreement is sent to each client to allow them an ample amount of time to review, sign, and return to BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions. 
  • All clients have a 48 hour grace period, AFTER BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions receives a signed contract/agreement) to, exit or cancel their contract/agreement. 
  • If we do not receive written notification of your desire to exit the signed contract agreement within that 48-hour timeframe, the client will be held liable for the full amount of the signed contract/agreement. 
  • After both the client and  BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions  signs the contract agreement, invoices will be sent for the remaining balance, as agreed, if applicable.
  • No services will begin until balance is paid in full, unless otherwise stated in the contract agreement and/or the service is a website and SEO services, which can be paid in installments.
