DEPOSITS
Please keep in mind, services are only booked after a BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions staff member or business consultant has met with you (in person, virtually or via phone call) for a free 30 Minute Discovery Session.
All service packages require a non-refundable $200 Deposit Fee, at the time of booking or upon signing a service agreement contract, unless no pricing fee is provided or purchasing a Stand Alone Miscellaneous Service in which case a $25 Deposit Fee is required. Services that require deposits will not be scheduled until a Deposit fee payment is made.
Services $25 or less must be paid in full to begin.
Deposits are pro-rated towards
each client's total service fee except in the case of appointment cancellation
violations.
PAYMENTS
Clients indicate agreement to reading and adhering to all policies with any and all payments, including deposits. Remaining balance payments must be paid at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon and specified in the signed service contract agreement.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and cash. If paying in cash, a physical receipt will be provided in-person. Invoices can me emailed or mailed to your physical address bi-weekly or monthly as specified in service contract agreement between client and service provider.
Please note, clients with unpaid balances cannot continue services until all
payments are received.
REFUNDS
Absolutely No Refunds will be issued for products or services. For services, each client is required to book a free 30-minute Discovery Session to ensure we are both a good match for one another. During our discovery call BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions will recommend the services needed to accomplish individually tailored business solution(s) for that client.
