Appointment Cancellation Policy


If you choose to book a consultation or service hours with BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions we expect you to adhere to our scheduled appointment time. 

We respectfully ask that you notify us within 72 hours, but no later than 24 hours, if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. 

Clients who violate appointment cancellation guidelines will be given one-time grace and their deposit (if applicable) will be set aside towards rescheduled appointment or future service. 

We reserve the right to drop potential clients or existing clients who disregard our Appointment Cancellation Policy more than once without just cause. Their deposit, if applicable, is forfeited, and will not be credited towards a rescheduled phone call or new service. Additionally, they will be flagged as a no call/no show and blocked from booking future services. 

Flexibility will be given to clients who cancel in the event of COVID restrictions, COVID exposure, “other” illness, personal, family or medical emergencies.

Tardiness and Grace Period

If you will be later than 10 minutes, please reach out to BizBoom360 One Stop Solutions as soon as possible. 

If a client or potential client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled session, clients will be billed an additional $25 block time extension fee which WILL NOT be applied towards service rendered balance. 

After a 20 minute delay without calling, your appointment will be cancelled and counted as a no call/no show.
